Kanga-Route
A self-hosted email verification engine built to work cleanly with different tools and integrations.
Kanga-Route began when a coworker told me they were frustrated by a growing number of bounced and undeliverable emails. At a previous job, paid verification services had kept that problem under control. The core verification steps are straightforward enough, so I set out to build a small, self-hosted engine with a strict boundary between verification and the systems that call it. HubSpot came first because it was what the sales team at my day job used, and I wanted the first integration to solve an immediate problem for them. The larger goal is a portable verifier that another developer can understand, connect to the tool they already use, and run for themselves.
